St. Clare’s Christian Preschool has an open-door policy.  Parents/guardians are always welcome. We encourage you to visit at any time. Open communication between families and staff is important, and so is your input. 

Peace of Mind for Parents

St. Clare’s Christian Preschool provides a safe, nurturing, family-like environment at a convenient location with easy drop-off for working parents. 
 
Strict access procedures and physical fencing keep children safe. Families are assigned a security access code that allows them to enter the school building through the front door during preschool hours.

Know What Your Child is Doing

Teachers inform parents about the children’s day via the ProCare Parent Engagement App. This provides a quick way for parents to stay informed about their child’s daily activities and can promote conversation between parents and their child.
 
Parents also receive a monthly newsletter containing information on curriculum, activities, the snack menu, and upcoming school events.

Qualified, Experienced Teachers

We are committed to hiring educationally qualified teachers who are personally and professionally devoted to the exceptional care, welfare, and quality education of young children.

  • Most teachers exceed the academic qualifications required by California licensing and have an average of eight years of teaching experience at St. Clare’s alone!
  • Teachers are CPR- and first-aid certified.

Most importantly, our teachers are enthusiastic and enjoy their work with children. This is reflected in the positive environment they create for the children.

School Hours

St. Clare’s Christian Preschool is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. with full-day and part-day sessions as well as 5-day, 2-day, and 3-day options. We will also accommodate other scheduling options to meet parents’ needs.
